Job Interview today...Possible second interview?

Ok - went in for an interview today for a pc analyst position @ a hospital and i had a different mindset this time knowing that i was going
to do everythin i can do blow the HR person away. Anyways, i found out that I wasn't even their first choice. Supposedly I am overqualify, and that kinda hurt my chances now. I first interviewed with the HR director who then sent me to meet the IT Director. Both interviews went great and before i left the IT Director told me she will have the Tech Manager (who I would report to) call me in for a second interview. I'm like wow, this is awesome becuz normally they dont tell you about the second interview until they call you back to schedule it. I'm excited becuz ive been out of work for 6 months.

i just hope they dont think i am overqualify.

i had one on friday... myself.
my 2nd interview will be either monday or tuesday.

i just wish they'd just tell me whether i have the job or not.

given my credentials... they already know that i can do the job.
but it's just a matter of whether they want me to do the job... or someone else.

the hiring manager is out till friday... and she has 2 phone interviews ...
so i guess i'll know better then... of my chances.

well... so i decided to do something to give myself an unfair edge. 🙂
during the interview, she told me a bit about the current project that they are working on.

so... i'm going to basically do the work ... creating this flash game show...
and present it to her on my second interview.

hopefully, that'll help her decide. 🙂
