Job finder websites

Just wondering what you all like/dislike about websites such as monster, Hot Jobs, etc.
I have been thinking of creating a small job finder website that is 'simpler' than big sites like Monster.com

Would a forum included in the site make it more appealing? Just trying to brainstorm.

Forum to me wouldn't be helpful, i just want a site that offers a simple search and produces the jobs I am looking for...

then again, I have never found a job through these job search sites... usually just a lot of useless head-hunters calling and wasting my time...

A site that has quality search engines is much more useful than a social interaction.

Also similar to DICE, the ability to let bots do the search work for you.

Not sure that I can program bots but lol

I have the site up but I am getting an error, so I have to fix that somehow
