Job Error -20 in PrimoDVD

everytime i try to burn a dvd-r with primo dvd i get the following error:

Job 1 Error: Drive Host:2 ID:0 (F🙂 - Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-104 Stopped because of Job Error -20

anyone know what this means or how to fix?
