standard medical/dental/vision
virtually free private, dedicated server
parties every 3-4 months with an open bar and tons of food

other than that, company benefits are slim... we kinda get screwed since we're in a satilite (sp) office. the main office has free vending machines (candy, soda, and snapple), a plasma tv/xbox in the break room, and free lunch on fridays.

25 days paid holiday a year
free coffee, tea, water and vegetable soup :p
free cakes on our pay day, which is fortnightly on Friday. I won't be eating the cakes though:p

The place I work at has cool people and the managers seem cool and very welcoming. I only started 4 days ago!

Employee Stock plan: 10% discount on company Stock, 3 different ways to buy it.

Profit Sharing: (screw 1:1 match, we're talking 3:eek:ne match or better.)

I am pretty big fan of our credit union. Got a nice low rate on my morgage, When I financed my car from them (this was several years back, my credit was not so good, but not so bad either, Dealer wanted to charge 15%, CU charged 5.9%)

Paid vacation has always been a favorite (6 more years left until I get 4 weeks per year)

15% off "employee discount" at all of the company retail stores

Decently priced Health Insurance

Twice during my 9 years with this company, they have given out free stock options to employees.

Tons of job security. (they are a big company that tends to do pretty well no matter what the financial state of the country is)

My Team Lead, as well as the 3 levels of management above him in my building are all great. The VP up in HQ in charge of IT is also a pretty cool guy.

Overall I like my job, even if the actual work is dull and boring sometimes, It's an overall great place for me to work.
