I've been up for 41 hours...
Unfortunately there were multiple people assisting with the diassembly project almost a year ago, and I've also moved since then - so between figuring out what went where, finding things, not finding things, buying things, borrowing things, then finding things we already borrowed after we were done, it took us far longer than it would have otherwise. However, we're getting there.
Some said it was too much work for one weekend.
Some said don't get your hopes up - you'll just get frustrated.
Some said you'll be lucky to just get the engine in.
Well, sir(s)/madam(s), F U.

Order OEM connectors and lets do the baddest ass custom tucked modular quick disconnect EFI harness the world has ever seen.
Do you know of a source for some multi-wire quick disconnect plugs for wiring harness? Multi as in 12-20 pins per plug.
22 pin weather pack FTW?
It's a bulk-head fitting, perfect for a wiring harness pass-through on the firewall. I've seen it used on an MS'd Miata once.

Here you go:

I <3 AMPSEAL and WeatherPack. Use those exclusively on ye olde FSAE cars (i.e. cars with wiring harnesses exposed directly to rain, sand, dirt, crap, etc.)
I like WeatherPack because of how easily serviceable they are. AMPSEAL connectors are pretty good for getting a lot of wires connected in a small space while still being weather tight.
Edit: DIYAutoTune also has the weatherpack bulkhead connector

I would much rather support these guys than Amazon. They're an awesome small company that provides a unique service and great support.
