I'd never heard of all that thievery stuff. Why doesn't someone prosecute or something if it's true?
Rowlings eventually won the 3 year court battle and the courts threw out the case. They threw out the claims about Muggles for whatever reason. I really don't understand why, Rowlings attorneys said she "doctored" evidence. I find this odd considering her book was published first, but you know how it goes with high priced law teams vs single individuals.
Also another odd side note to the story is that Rowling?s provided virtually no documents or records, nor anything of any substantive value? she claimed to have lost the majority of records she was originally ordered to produce, including her original manuscript. She never even showed up in court.
Last word is she was refiling the case.
