Nor do I advocate that Israel should be nuked or that it will be a peaceful solution. But there is where you miss reality, as long as crazy terrorists and crazy Israeli leaders like Bozo Netanyuhu keep refusing to defuse mid-east tensions, sooner or later it becomes probable that anti-Israel terrorists will acquire various forms of WMD that will be used against Israel. A larger nation like Egypt, Iran, or the USA could even absorb one such massive hit without fatal damage, but a postage stamp sized country like Israel could not.

The question if I am hoping for such a terrorists retaliation against Israel or not is totally irrelevant, because any rational person, regardless of what side they take, has to realize that, unless mud-east tensions are defused, such an eventual WMD use against Israel is a far more than a non-existent alternative. And in fact is an increasingly likely end outcome.

Maybe its time for the nuclear cure, about two or four H-bombs can turn Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza into a sea of glass, and end an infestation of nut cases at the same time.

its amazing some folks seem to think someone can Nuke or WMD israel and everything in that area would just go on like nothing happened. its like they would think "Oh no big deal, 10s of thousands (maybe more) israelis are slaughtered, israel will just go and die quietly into the night with no retaliation" I lol @ those naive people. I guess their Jew hate is so palpable that they arent even bothering to consider what israels response might be? Probably wouldnt care anyway, being as their fantasy of Jews being eradicated would come true.

Therein lies the set of Karl Agathon delusions.

1. Any big terrorist WMD use against Israel will not involve just 10K or so dead Israelis, we might well be talking in terms of many millions if terrorists can obtain and use only one nuke. Nor would such WMD use against Israel just kill Israeli Jews, it would kill Israeli Arabs and Palestinians as well. When Israel only contains 5.6 million Jews, Israel does not have have a big buffer zone of population recovery. Or the square miles to require many multiple attacks if we are talking real WMD. Rather than just a few ineffective rockets powered by chemical explosives.

2. Of course there would be an Israeli response that might well kill even more millions of Innocent Arabs, Christians, and Jews. In a mutual orgy of destruction that only crazy Israeli leaders and crazy Terrorists can love. In the cold war parlance between Russia and the USA it was called MAD, which stood for mutual assured destruction.

3. No Israel would not die quietly into the night, Israel would simply become uninhabitable
for Jews, Arabs, Palestinians, and anyone else for perhaps centuries into the future. Would it really matter to crazy terrorists willing to die and get their 72 virgins, or the current set of crazy Israeli leaders who demand total victory on only their terms.

4. That is the huge Israeli disadvantage, just four nukes could make all of Israel uninhabitable for a millennium, I don't want that alternative, nor should anyone else, but if
Israeli leaders don't get real and the world ignores the inequities, that is the end outcome we may well get.

5. It is very easy to talk about and to advocate that the larger rational world all unite in a a so called "war against international terrorism", but wait, we are in such a war at the present time and the terrorists are winning. And the reasons are not all the hard to pin point, the "larger rational world" is not very rational because we all refuse to address the social inequities that cause Terrorism.

Were it just a few religious religious wackos in Israel who embraced such extremists views, the Israeli government wouldn't have sponsored this campaign against intermarriage, with ads and promoting a hot-line to report on Jews "in danger" of marrying non-Jews. Granted, the campaign was quickly pulled when the people behind it found out how much it disgusted people elswhere in the world, but all the same it goes far to show how mainstream such bigoted ideology is inside Israel.
