I think it might get tricky with aircraft. When I think "stall", I think 'wings aren't generating lift', not 'motor quit'. I know fuckall about it though, and don't know how pilots differentiate.

I believe this is correct. Stalling is when you exceed your critical angle. The lift, she's a gone.

They want HOW much to tow the car?
Nevermind, I can borrow Joe's car dolly for free.

Now where are those tire basket straps?
Nevermind, just put it in park we are only going a few miles.

THIS IS HOW WE DO IT BABY!
I drove by this on the way to the store and it was just a lonely Nissan trying to breed a car dolly.
I stopped on the way back and the Redneck Recovery Crew was just backing up to it with the F250. I did not get a picture on the first pass, dang.

Kids got a snow day, and while they'll be gaming it up quite a bit, guess who's getting tossed outside later to practice emergency fire starting?

Currently 5 degrees outside, still snowing like a bastard. A day ripe with motivation.
I just gotta say Dragula popped up on my Pandora in the long car ride home the other day and I cranked the shit out of it.
Whatever you say, Rob Zombie!

Just did 1GB of updates in Debian.....finished in less than 10 secs.
Linux has been my daily driver for more than a decade now. Windows is only a gaming os nowadays and it always pains me their update model... especially when you haven't booted up the Windows partition for some weeks.

There is contention in the air. Flight attendants learned that the aircraft mechanics have been referring to them as "the coke machines." :D

my microwave requires the time and date to be set to actually microwave things... super annoying after a blackout...

Our cooker does the same thing. I think it's a safety feature whereby if something is wrong, the appliance doesn't just wake up when power is reconnected and restart doing that wrong thing again.
