I was heading to a job in a van, hit some ice on fast rural highway, and had the van going sideways for a bit. I recovered. One of the guys said his asshole chewed a hole in the seat :^D

I hit a patch of black ice driving a ~30' box truck one morning on my way to Seattle. Did a couple of 360s in the middle of I90 near Moses Lake...then, ( fortunately) I got just enough traction to get it under control...had to stop and pee right away.

In February the GF and I hit a patch of black ice near Amarillo. Car lost its rear end, I fishtailed in between two 18 wheelers, ended up in the median. Pulled back out onto the interstate and everything was fine. We had to wait about an hour on the side of the road for traffic to clear - we watched more than a few 18 wheelers fly past us and jack knife. I tried to get out of the car to see how slick the road was and I couldn't put any weight on my foot without slipping. It was absurd. Credit to the WRX though, zero damage. Not even a misalignment.
