I had a really close encounter with one a couple days ago. Surprised him too, quite the 'oh shit' moment. Gotta say, I can laugh at memes like this, but deep down I'm petrified of ever being sprayed. Just taking care of skunked dogs makes me vomit. Fresh skunk blast is one of those rare smells that is so bad it feels like you can smell it with your eyes. People just cannot understand how bad it is until they encounter it firsthand.
