I knew someone like this but it was the squiggy sound an inflated balloon makes. She'd get nauseated, goosebumps, then all teary eyed.

I think for me it's the sound of someone chewing food with their mouth open. Or trying to talk while chewing a mouthful of food. Gets me riled, makes me fantasize about the strategic use of crazy glue or a stapler.

Definitely mouth-open-eating. I literally can't help but stare at them. Makes my hairs stand on end if I hear it but don't look. I think it's to anticipate the next sound or something, but I absolutely hate it.

Another one is butter knives over ceramic, that horrifying screeching sound.
