"You're the Duke of New York! A number one!"

I used to respond as a that boomer does. After too many Jehovah witness, siding and window salesmen and politicians - I now longer smile on my way to the door. I prepare for battle instead.
The Arlo system I have is great. 14 days free cloud storage. Only one screw to mount the base. The cameras are wireless and stay on the base through magnets (how do they fuckin' work?), and I bought extra batteries so I can just swap them out. Sends me an alert on motion detection.

I mean farm raised anything comes with potential issues. What do you only eat things you hunted yourself?

It's not a zero sum game, scale matters, details matter. I feel it's entirely possible to farm protein in a way that doesn't create ecological damage and gives you a crappy product. We have lists of what to avoid and what is safe for a reason (seafoodwatch.org). Norwegian farmed salmon are riddled with pesticides for sea lice, and those net pens endanger wild populations via diseased fish that escape. I think you'll find it way up the scale compared to say, farmed scallops.

I only eat things I have hunted myself, yes, be it field, stream, or farmers market. Whatever I bag goes in the pot, you got me. Seldom does my quarry escape, but then I do usually have help.
