I was just pointing out potential implications of the male head of household laying nude on the ground and his apparent wife/companion laying on top of his back.

If they had to do a real pose...it could be interpreted as an allegory as well that weight of the entire family is on his back except for the youngest.

It's something I picked up from the humanities(like a Shakespeare class)/reading literature/watching film.

There's always room for commentary, opinions, and word fluff bombing in art. It's all creative in the end.
