Not the thread to go into all of that, but It's done now.

And, Lord, those things are weird. Why do they have to produce such a symphony of constantly-changing different industrial-type noises? They go from chunka-chunka-chunka to buzzing noises, to clanking that rises in pitch and volume as if it's going to end in an explosion, then back to the chunka-chunka-chunka again, then more buzzing. Are all the different nosies an unavoidable part of how it works, or do they just add them in as a kind of theater, in order to convince you it's doing something?

I could have just stayed at home and listened to my Einstürzende Neubauten cds.
