hmm
Just interesting? Or is there significance? Don't recognize the guy, costume(?), and I really recognize that starting song but can't place it right now.
And if there's something at the very end, I'm not catching it
Starting song was the Imperial March from Star Wars.

LOL I was wondering if it was something like that. I don't pay any attention (or have the care to) to that aspect of religion, ceremonial/official wear, etc.

And I still consider it a costume ;)

/Shrug - just the concept of Asians dressing up as stereotypical white rednecks is just a hilarious concept.

"my culture is not a costume!"

Though, the oddest thing is it doesn't look anything like how I'd visualise a stereotypical hillbilly. It doesn't look like any stereotype of anything I can think of. Do hillbillies wear hats like that, then? Looks to me like a cross between a 19th century sea captain and a bishop.
