Yep, that sauve mofo is Burak Özdemir. He's a Syrian Turk who used to manage the kitchen at a Hilton in Istanbul. He blew up, so has his own place now.

Looks like dolmas to me too. Apparently his thing is stuffing things into other things, large portions, and an unorthodox style of prep. I bet Burak's burek is the burbomb.
