I got an HOA notice for having a stick in my yard. They literally took a picture of a couple sticks my dog had left in the yard and sent it to me with a notice saying I would be fined if I didn't clean up the sticks. It would have been easier to just move the sticks...

Yeah I went from living in the woods among the coyotes, foxes and deer to being in this awful HOA. Next month we start renting this house out to someone else and getting the hell out of here. The next place I buy will have some property and if the neighbors have an issue with me they can say it to my face.

As NS1 said it’s a shop towel. They were dyno’ing the car and to make more power they left the air filter off which allowed the shop towel to get sucked into the turbo.

We know they do that. It's stupid that the woman across the road complained, but I'd say the hostile neighbor is the problem in this scenario -- not the HOA. The guy delivering the notice has no choice in the matter.
