To be fair, Val Kilmer doesn't look much like that anymore. He looks a lot older, but is on the mend after fighting with throat cancer. I have a feeling the weight gain was just not caring anymore, but the weight loss was due to the fight with cancer. Who knows if he'll keep it off though...
