True dat! I can't believe these little shits. They're freaking little experts. LMAO

My fav level was Wet Work. I would just toss frags and stun grenades and hope for a kill. HAHAHAH

The zombie mods were cool though.

This one hits home a little too much.

Yep. Saw that and immediately thought of BF2 as well. A great example of people finding out that computer innards do not produce online success.

And now I realize how long it's been since I was a Battlefield devotee... :(

Online gaming is one of those rare things where a lack of ambition, no job, no excersize, and poor hygiene lead to success :D

what idiots. You want the mall to take responsibility? What are they going to do, raise her from the dead?

Oh wait, I'm sorry - them "taking responsibility" (code for: Pay us some money to shut up) will heal the wounds. Right? Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.

Are they entitled to money? What was the nature of the death? I haven't read up on it and not sure it warrants the research (leaving Tapatalk) on a smartphone.

Why would they be? This is China we are talking here. This isn't 'Merica where you can sue for millions because YOU spilled hot coffee on your own lap.

workers discover the cover that leads away from the top of an escalator is loose. They don't turn it off or block it, and poor lady falls through and is crushed in the works. truly horrible death, it was like falling into a meat grinder only slower.

I'd recommend reading up on what all actually happened with regards to the McDonald's hot coffee case.

Between that and the Monsanto one, I see a ton of people reference them without knowing what actually took place.

That cameraman's mirror looks identical to a 2008-2012 Ninja 250 or KLX 250. I've carried a heck of a lot of weird stuff on mine when it was my only transportation for 4 years. I've worn my spare tires, carried spare rims, carried motorcycle stands, carried an Indonesian undertail and Spingarn/hugger one way huge fender/undertail back, etc, etc, etc. Fun times.

A million others (mostly the mentally handicapped) have said that, linked to biased articles defending the dumb woman, etc.. I've read and heard it all.

The fact remains, you are at fault for spilling a hot beverage on your lap. I do not care if it was overly hot. Many people would praise them for having it be above average temperatures. It's FUCKING HOT COFFEE. Nothing takes away from the fact that you spilled it. Your stupidity. Your accident. Why is someone else held accountable?

If I'm missing something feel free to link to another biased article on it.
