We never wore hairnets, protective gear etc... when I cut meat in my dad's restaurant. I was more appropriately dressed than this guy (apron, chef's jacket and pants) and exercised alot more caution with my movements around a running band saw then this guy. Maybe he is just that damn good but I ALWAYS worked slowly and deliberately around this thing.
