Thanks BV, I was going to ask if that was the case because the background doesn't exactly look like typical hog habitat. Made me think of that poor schmuck down in Alabama or Louisiana, I forget which, but he was chilling in his home watching TV and a gigantic pissed off hog just strolls into his house and attacks. Dude had to climb on top of something and was being held hostage in his own house!
The next time I head down to Florida I'm going on a pig hunt with my brother and some of his friends. I have a Cold Steel boar spear I want to christen. My brother is a little worried about trying it the old way, but both of us will be packing .50s in case things don't work out. I'm told the dogs we'll have with us are pros too. I've forbidden two of his more idiotic friends from attending; knuckleheads who are oblivious to all that happens more than 50ft away from them and who can't shoot worth a damn anyway don't need to go on a hunt like that. Or any hunt with me actually. I've had boar bacon and chops once, and it was all fantastic. I thought it was going to be gamey and tough, but was pleasantly surprised, like the first time I tried elk. Looking forward to it.
