They have this exact kind of thing in Maui. There is a magic dinner show called Warren and Annabelle's Magic Show. It is actually pretty good. Annebelle is a Ghost. Before the show in the dinning area there is a piano that magically starts playing and takes requests.

It has to be more than just a player piano. There is a live person somewhere controlling the piano. There is no way someone could search through a song collection to find all the random crap people request. The music starts playing too quickly.
