I have full confidence in her being that dumb. Hell, it might be giving her too much credit to assume that she knows of the "I have a dream" speech and can piece together that it came from a famous black man. The one things she's probably smart about is hiring some flunky to monitor her twitter account and clean it up when she says something incredibly stupid.

Makes sense to some: My coworker already claims that the Amazon and UPS programs are government attempts to spy on us.

Edit: Also, you should have said "military UAVs" for the differentiation you desired.
