Seriously though: I wonder what the guy is hiding by taking a screenshot of a picture. It's obviously meant to hide metadata and geotags and such but there's more than enough info there to find it just by looking for billboards in the Rockford area. Perhaps he wasn't supposed to be there at the time he took it and wanted time/date stripped from the image.

lol, I'm in Rockford at least once a week. I'll have to keep an eye out for this sign. I am truly amazed (and really find it hard to believe) it was voted #1. I love Dos Reales and San Jose, and even Fiesta Cancun is decent.
