I haven't eaten there in many years but I never thought of IHOP as "Southern" (unlike Waffle House). Heck, last time I ate there was in San Diego. I used to be familiar with it but I think they completely redid their menu around 2005. Speaking of Waffle House: I never saw it on their menu either and I still eat there far more often than I should. They should probably add it.
