Sorry if you think that then you shouldn't be driving. He missed his exit so move on and find another route. Stopping the way he/she did is unsafe and that fact that the driver is too selfish to realize then he/she should not be on the road.

are you serious? suck it up and go to the next turn. Who gives a shit if someone is new in town? that is simply what happens when you're new. You don't suddenly have the right to screech to a halt and block traffic because you weren't able to pay attention.

plus..that wasn't an intersection in the video. dumbass was trying to get into an on-ramp from an expressway, and was trying to merge into a merge lane, stopping traffic behind him, and totally fucking the shit over for anyone trying to merge onto the expressway. There is absolutely no excuse to drive that way.
