My brother's toungue was split like this, but it wasn't on purpose, knife accident when he was only 7 or 8, ya he was being an idiot.

Had to get strapped down in the ER while they sewed it back together. I wasn't there, but something about the blood moves through the toungue too fast, or maybe it was the cut, or whatever, but they couldn't numb the toungue, so he basically screamed his head off while it got stiched it up.
