My cat likes that game sometimes.

Lol @ "bedroom of single guy who owns a cat." Get a bed frame and clean the cardboard up off the floor, Casanova.

/Single guy who owns a cat but has a bed frame.

I slept way better without a frame. I only got one because I realized I could store shit UNDER the bed if I had a frame

Isn't that a good way to blow out your asshole or something?

I was under the impression you're supposed to resist any urge to not lie flat against the bench (or floor, if you're a goddamned retard like that who just have some harbor freight jack stands).

I've always heard that arching your back is bad form and can lead to injury. You can usually get up more weight that way though.

It's bad form and causes strain on the neck and back. And yes, that guy is a moron. If you want to do decline (which I highly doubt that was his intent), you use a decline bench.

Only if you do it wrong. You arch your back to keep your body right. They shouldn't actually be bearing a load
