I've done it. Funny: when I apply the same attitude and act similarly intolerant of unacceptable things here, I get the exact opposite reaction from on-lookers. Instead of it being "awesome," I'm a kill-joy with a stick up his rear.

The other day at school I saw a gal drop a lit cigarette 5 feet from the butt can.
I made a big show of putting on my gloves, walking over, picking it up and putting the thing in its proper place. Maybe a half dozen people standing around plus the chick.
No words. Everyone got quiet and just stared.

I did that to some lady right in front of her boyfriend and he tried to fight me even though I didn't say a thing. I prefer a reaction of some kind. Public shame is a factor and a bad reaction makes them appear even worse. Should've at least said "stay classy."

Just make sure you're justified: I put a cup of change out for firefighters at an intersection because the light turned green before they got to me. The car behind me was full of chicks who let me know how disgusted they were with me delicately placing my Styrofoam cup upright on the pavement (horn, faces of disgust, accusatory pointing and gesturing). I thought they were going to ram me if I didn't go back and pick it up, so I told them it was full of change at the next red light. Their attitudes completely flipped.

Don't know what the rules are for that league, but NHL is over the top of the crossbar for a scoring play, which it seems he did. Apparently the ref signaled goal though. Pretty funny either way. I used to play goalie and I woulda been PISSED.

Even if his stick was above the crossbar or shoulder, it would not be a penalty, as the puck was not recovered by the shooters team, it was in the back of the net

I used to work at a Six Flags theme park in the Games and Attractions department. For fun we would occasionally super glue a quarter out in the center of the midway and laugh at guests trying to pick it up.

Several mentally disabled adults from an area home found one of the glued down quarters, and spent a long time trying to pry it up, pushing each other out of the way and fighting over it. It really freaked out some of them, with two eventually falling to the ground crying.

I'm pretty sure this incident will be somewhere on the list of things I need to answer for when I get to Hell.
