Umm, it can also be "Happy Holidays" to a WASP because they celebrate Christmas and New Year's. One well-wishing for both holidays. I've never taken it to mean "Christmas or Hanukkah or Kwanza or Chrismahanukwanzika."

Good thing I live in Denmark.
We don't have "Christmas" (Kristmesse)...we have Jul (Yule).

And hence...people say "Glædig jul" (Happy Yule).

But then again, the christians can only blame the selfes...this is what happens when you try and overtake a older pagan custom(Yule) and declare it for your "own"...the shit hits the fan 😉.

Themselves.

Merry Christmas you filthy animal!

Well, if context is irrelevant, this guy just endorsed Satan many times over. Also, there should be a comma after "Lucifer." :colbert:

Not to mention, Lucifer is a nickname for Jesus, not Satan. Ugh, Christians can't even get their own religion right half the time...

Lucifer means morning star/light bringer. Some idiot monk fucked up the translation from Hebrew to Greek to Latin and for hundreds of years Christians have been prancing around thinking Lucifer means Satan when it means the opposite.
