I had my dog go into attack mode over a piece of food that was too hot, fresh of the grill. It grabbed it, dropped it, and starting growling at it. Then started barking at it, and then biting it. It would have made a great Youtube video if I'd had a camera on me.

Yea, my old dog did that too. If the bowl made a weird noise while he was eating or the food was too hot he'd sit there and bark at it. I also remember hiving him both sour and hot warheads as well then chuckling as struggled to get water quickly enough from his bowl. Poor guy :( He was an angel
