No idea. It is awesome, though. If people knew Jesus looked like that they probably wouldn't follow Christianity, which is even funnier, I think.

It's clearly a painting of Jesus at Lazarus' tomb, but there's about a million of those, so without the identity of the artist I don't think we'd be able to find any history on the actual image.

I've seen it posted around the web for a while now. Tinyeye reverse image search gives 2 pages of results
