I was going to post, you know there are a lot of things wrong in this pic, but his shoes struck me as the most odd.

No worries. The guy is short, fat, gay and obviously has sado-masochistic tendencies and isn't afraid to parade all of that in public. How could anyone NOT notice his 6-inch platform shoes after glimpsing at this pic of him parading down the street with CatWomanHasAPenis? The picture overall just forces you to check for details and take in the entire scene to ensure an understanding of the depth of the deviants pictured.

This guy is always on the receiving end whether the other person be a guy or a chick with a strapon.

is that Dr House? also looked like the hammer was back before he tried to rack the slide (is that the proper term?) I've never used a pistol with a hammer like that so i don't know, nothing in the chamber?
