My part of the city has 1 house every 1&1/2 acres; no street lights and an amazing view of the stars at night.

I'm going to miss it when I move.

is there one for jack and coke?

Is there one for diet soda 😛

I guess the phosphoric acid still comes into play? Is this part even true? I know some information has been misunderstood and corrected somewhat recently. Sugar is still bad, actually even worse now in terms of diet (always has been, of course, now it's just understood, still not by many yet)... but how much caffeine plays a role in pushing out water is vastly over-exaggerated.

At the levels found even after having consumed 4 cans of coke, you are peeing more because you have so much excess water... and the salt content is also assisting in holding water in your system.
It all basically balances out just fine in the end, though it is quite possible that urine may have higher concentrations of electrolytes following consumption. I'm going to have to research that some more. But the negatives of the caffeine don't include a net loss of water itself, not at such low concentrations. 300mg most likely yess... less than 100mg? (that fits three 12oz cans of coke, or it may have been three 8oz servings, hmm..) not a chance.

You forgot the 10 years later get cancer part. 😉

That is false, by the way 😛

Regular - There are no carcinogens.

Diet - Aspartame is one of the most studied substances on earth. It has no cancerous properties, unless of course you refer the one study that injected rats with the equivalent of 4000 cases of diet coke per day. Those got cancer.
