It's supposed to be an 'arrow'. It's probably the most annoying meme going on right now. It comes from Oblivion, where apparently throughout the game while you talk to random people, they always say "I used to be an explorer like you, but then I took an arrow to the knee". Now, for some stupid reason, it's spammed all over youtube in the comments, etc.

I've never played Oblivion, but this fad annoys the hell out of me.

I think that the point is that cats don't celebrate Passover so the implication here is that it is declared kosher by the rabbinical council for human consumption.
