All you people expressing outrage at the ball-snatcher don't seem to realize that the woman never even looked at the little girl and probably thought those hands were coming from somewhere else just the same as hers. It happens with that much excitement. The person giving the high-five was behind it all and could just as easily have assumed that she reached farther to get it and it was never within the little girl's grasp.

Before anyone says otherwise, she was looking at the ball.

Whoever said Dubya and pop were "fiscal conservatives?" Dubya spent like a progressive.

No, he spent like the worst president of the last 100 years. He started two long term wars and, instead of raising taxes to pay for those wars, cut taxes! He's the only president to have EVER done that.

When is somebody going to add Obama to the end?

Not sure what your position is and:

<---P&N

but the situation the US is in now was inherited and arguably would be a lot worse now if not for some of the measures taken under Obama. I don't think enough measure were taken personally. The bailout should have been MUCH bigger and gone far beyond just the big banks and some taxes most definitely should have been raised by this point, but still the point still stands. So yeah I guess I would fall under the tax and spend liberal column. But Bill Clinton's good years were mainly a result of the internet bubble and while I would not argue as most right wing supporters would that those years would have been as good under a Republican I would agree that it had a lot to do with it. And Clinton was only Liberal seen in the light of the presidents that went immediately before and after him. Placed next to other Liberals he barely fits.

Quite possibly one of the most epic and simultaneously fail/rage worthy quotes coming from someone in a position of that much power. I still don't get how he delivered this with a straight face.

I think you must not have understood him. Everything he said there made sense. I say something along those lines all the time when working on software development projects. The known unknowns are things you can anticipate and plan for. The unknown unknowns are what screw up the schedule.

I just can't stand the guys guts 😀

Making the claim that they couldn't have foreseen not finding any WMDs in Iraq despite just about all the evidence pointing towards that as the likely outcome from the beginning. 🙄
