Have you seen the original Holmes on Homes show? Some amazing face palm worthy stuff in those episodes! I still remember the basement they had to do where there were like 20 or 30 junking boxes in a tinny little area for no reason. Wiring that went every which way, live wiring that should have been dead, and much more.

I think it's the shity quality of the animated GIF. There aren't enough colours in the GIF to represent the shapes properly. I think it's just a shadow.
