if you take a look at the gif, the mockingbird is more or less just grey/brown until you see it hopping/flapping about with its wings open

there is no southern mockingbird (by common name) (those are probably northern mockingbirds )

I'm surprised the cameltoe is so... visible. Was that really made in the 1980s? I mean, the outfit makes sense but the video quality just doesn't look as bad as tape and it's not like it was recorded on film to extract more resolution. After cropping to 16:9 and blowing it up, it should look much lower than SD.
