I don't think it is. If you look, there is another lady going through the same way the lady who was tripped went. I think the guy just didn't realize it wasn't an exit. Perhaps the lady he tripped said something rude to him, who knows.

that doesn't mean it was an exit. some asshat like fatty breaks the line and walks into the exit lane (these are almost always multidirectional), then the herd quickly follows.

Still, I don't know if the guy was trying to go through an entrance, but I'm gonna just assume that he was correct. fatty deserved the trip.

Nope she was on the entrance (note the turnstile) that she had to go through after paying/scanning your ticket. The exit (after you ride) is to the right of the entrance, near the yellow bucket and ladder. The guy was/is an asshole.
