I don't know about Baby Corn being fine. Looks like he's wired wrong. I've seen excited kittens, and they have most of the grace of well developed cats. Just a little faster, and a little goofier.

Could be ataxia. Trip to the vet would be my next step.

From AI

Ataxia in kittens refers to a lack of coordination and balance, often manifesting as a wobbly or stumbling gait. It's a symptom, not a disease itself, and can be caused by various underlying conditions, including cerebellar hypoplasia, a congenital malformation of the brain. Treatment focuses on managing symptoms and ensuring a safe environment for the kitten.

They say that cats with ataxia can live "normal" lives

My older female cat had a series of seizures after a bad vet visit, acted exactly like that afterwards for about a week before leveling off. She's 99.9% normal now, with some rare unreliable jumping.
