As a freeloading Gen-X bastard, I never once paid more than 30 dollars for a NES game or more than 40 for a SNES cartridge. Not including tax.
Where in America were these prices? Cuz I NEVER SAW them like this. My buddy paid 70 for Final Fantasy 2 but that was a special, rare occurrence. FF3 was actually much cheaper for some reason.

Shut the fuck up Shorty. First off, those are Canadian prices. Secondly, adjusted for inflation they would be over $100 U.S. too. And $60 was the average cost of a SNES title.

I think FF3 (Final Fantasy 6) was $85 at launch, which is $184 today. Absolutely worth it, but still.
