That's Wisconsin for ya.

Calling Fairfield a city is a huge stretch, especially compared to most if not all of the others. Our largest city (Bridgeport) is tiny compared to a lot of major cities. Fairfield is 11th by population and over 40th by density.

On top of that, there is no way Fairfield is the drunkest. If you're wondering where the funny is in this post, it's the fact that nobody cares about anything I just wrote.

See I didn't even realize Wisconsin had cities, I just figured it was strip malls and those big piles of brown snow that collect in strip mall parking lots for like, hours in every direction.

That's mostly it other than farm fields with cows standing around and bits of forest here and there...outside of Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay anyway.

We are the highest consumption of alcohol per capita in the US, and have been for decades afaik. Especially beer and brandy.

Except of course me!! :p

I'd have to say New Haven thanks to the college student population and large number of clubs/bars. (including the legendary Toads Place)

Also Fairfield is a town anyway and not a "city" at all far as I know. ;)

It's one reason I wouldn't move back. Being an alcoholic isn't just accepted, it's expected.

I've never heard of Valentina. Since Tapatio and Cholula are available everywhere from grocery stores to laundromats and routinely used for baptisms, I assume there is no need to order from instacart.

Valentina is a fantastic cheap and basic Mexican sauce. It used to be $2/liter at walmart. Probably a little more now. Franks is red colored vinegar. I've had stronger wine vinegar. My fire cider is definitely stronger and more flavorful.
