It's a tarpon. They don't have traditional "teeth". They do have kind of gritty sand paper type of "teeth" though and can scrape up your arm. There is a place down in the Keys I've been too called Robbies where you can get a bucket of fish and feed the tarpon like this off of the dock. I've done it before but I've never had one get close to getting my arm like that. The water is clear so you can see all of em though and know when one is coming to get the food you have.
This guy gets scratched up by one though. He doesn't even attempt to move his arm lol.
