On my printer, it's 40,628,331 pages. I also tried placing a 1 in every cell. 8GB of RAM is not sufficient to complete the task. I'll try it on the desktop when I get home.

Edit: that's 17,179,869,184 cells.

I wind up with 34 Million cells, but then the copy to all cells fails with an out of memory error. I don't use Excel much, so there's that.

Librecalc went over 11 GB on my 16GB work PC and then crashed.

Next, I need to try it on my 64GB laptop.
