I've never taken out the seeds, not for cucumbers, tomatoes or watermelons etc. I must be a savage haha.

The only exception is seeds from an orange, now that I cannot stand.

Speaking of cutting things, does anyone also not bother with skinning a kiwi? I find it so tedious to do I just rather eat the whole thing as is.

Depends on the type of cucumber. The standard American cucumber can have some really large seeds especially when they themselves are larger. The skin can get a lot more leathery than their English counterparts as well so it's often better to remove that, too.
