OK, first I'm surprised to learn there was a reactor meltdown (or near-meltdown) as early as 1952, i.e. before 3-mile-island, and that it was in Canada. Secondly I'm double-surprised to learn that people had to take turns exposing themselves to dangerous levels of radiation to prevent disaster (prefiguring Chernobyl or that Russian submarine accident), and thirdly I'm triple-surprised to learn that Jimmy Carter was one of those people.
Back then individuals were seen as much more expendable for the greater good. Now we will let a plant meltdown to save the handful while risking the many.

thats kind of a good question.
Why dont you watch the channel and find an answer?

I've seen quite a few of the vids the channel has.. which is why I pointed out you saying "the drinker is not happy" doesn't really mean much as that's the whole shtick.

We came across a bale once. Didn't touch it but did pull several nice tripletail from underneath it. Guy in my high school found one in the mangroves Junior year, think he got a reward too.
