I think I seen this before, but how the hell does this happen?

Yeah I think it was posted a long time ago, maybe even before the Garage subforum existed.

I don't know if it was this one, but I know I've heard a couple of different stories about someone losing wheels at autocross events. One, the guy had his friend do it or something and the friend didn't know you need to do more than hand tighten the lugnuts. And I think there was another one where the guy swapped wheels/tires at the event (bought a set from someone else) and they didn't fit correctly (can't remember how though, like maybe the wheels had spacers on them or something?) and then busted them.

yea however pretty she is, that is pretty much what annoys me about that actress, she gets whiney and then you just start wishing her character would just die already.

I'd like to know, too. It makes absolutely no sense, without some kind of context the picture along is not providing.

err i think they are all responding...the context is the text.

We adopted one cat from a shelter. He was from a feral colony and had been raised in the shelter. He had never seen a mirror before we brought him home. The first time he saw his own reflection every hair on his body stood on end, his tail poofing up like a cartoon cat. He charged the mirror and then chickened out at the last second and ran from his own reflection.

It's just a creative way to make an interesting family Christmas card. Contrasts the usual family Christmas card picture, where everyone looks great and has giant grins on their faces. Sheesh.

I take it more as the whole family is too inconsiderate to look up long enough to have their picture taken.

Reminds me of the WP7 commercial 'a phone to save us from our phones'.
