Makes me want to kick some ass at Killer Instinct.

Why? Barefoot feels great. At least it did till I injured my foot. This is a treadmill at home BTW, not at a GYM.

I don't remember the last time when I ran without wearing some kind of footwear. I am having a really hard time imagining how it would feel. 😛

Sometimes, I feel really spoiled.

First couple of times your feet will be really sore. I developed a couple of blisters. But after that it's fine. I don't know why I like it but like I said it feels great! I'm fairly certain there's something wrong with my gait, or way my food lands, which caused me to injure my foot. Will start using shoes to see if that helps.

Yeah, I think technically we should be fine. I mean we have evolved to run for long distances.. so we should have the equipment that allows us to run. That said, I guess it is really hard to run on bare feet when you are over weight.. our legs and feet can take only so much stress.

It is an easy but very creative fake. Put thing on wall with double back tape, tie string to center of it, drill small hole in bowl, pass string through to person #3 (offscreen) who yanks it into bowl. Much win.
I think you could set somebody up with it "live" and tape that.

I've heard that some people do it because it changes the way you fall on your feet. Instead of striking with your heel, you fall on the flat of your foot which in the long run is better for you.
