Nah, Apophis is set to completely miss us, the chances of impact are practically zero, for now. Brief reading suggests it may start getting back into "we need to pay attention to this one again" when looking circa 2060, but even then, it looks like we should be fine.Asteroid Day today!

Also, it wouldn't be an ELE. It could cause a "nuclear winter" but it wouldn't wipe us out. It's not massive enough to completely "do us in", instead, it'd just really fuck things up and make life probably miserable. If it hits, please land right on top of me, or, maybe a few miles away so I can watch and then proceed to not feel a thing.
