Must be a woman who did that one, or a guy that likes fruity drinks.

Hey! I like fruity drinks! Well, Ciders that is. Woodchuck makes some awesome stuff combining with barrel aged bourbon and many other varieties. Also like the occasional framboise.

My main beer is definitely a good hefeweizen though.

To be honest, it does get old after a while. Especially with this stupid game of IPA's and "How many hops can I toss in a bottle without puking?"

Well, there are hoppy beers, and there are not hoppy beers. Some people really really enjoy IPAs, I can only tolerate the mild ones.

However, anything on the other end of the spectrum... mmm, delicious. I thoroughly enjoy drinking numerous ales and stouts and porters and, well... a lot. :awe:

I didn't drink beer until I was 30 because it tasted like shit.

Then I found out that I like Guinness from the tap and love milk-stouts. It turns out I hate hops and love chocolate/coffee flavored beers. The 'social pressure' in the alt-text is no more to me than the 'social pressure' to like cheese or Durian; both of which are much more crappy-flavored before you get past their rancidness.

You guys all just need to drink some of the amazing Hoptimums. A fine beer.

I am fine with chocolate or coffee but I have hated licorice flavor since forever. When I had some cafe food with anise in it a few years ago guess what I did not like? And guess if I like licorice flavored Imperial Stouts?

This somewhat sucks because apparently caraway tastes like licorice and Akvavit is a caraway flavored spirit. Guess I will try it sometime and see what I think of it and hope it is alright.

Blue Moon, Shock Top, Redhook ESB and various hefeweitzens are all delicious. So are many pilsners.

But meh, to each their own. I love red wine, but find white wine to be pretty unappealing.

When it comes to wine, I'm much the same. I've thoroughly enjoyed and sought out many beers because of the pure deliciousness, like nectar or ambrosia.

I can't much stand the taste of white wine, they are almost universally too sweet. Growing up, if I had wine, it was white. That sweet tooth. :D
I still don't like many wines, but typically the more bitter or at least less sweet, the better. Cabernet Sauvignon has thus far been my favorite wine. Delicious with my all day slow-cook spaghetti. :awe:
